I apologize in advance if anyone has a dark monitor. Mine is REALLY bright.
Anyway, this is for Emily! I DON’T…REALLY REMEMBER HOW WE STARTED SAYING “BUN” but we did. She is definitely cat, though (I think she’s being overwhelmed by cat feels as I speak), and I’ve really wanted to draw a cabbit because of it! And there you have it.
I know your day was rough earlier, but I hope that things are better now!
This was really fun to experiment with. I like this style very much.

this picture bears a little explaining. aberdeen’s design is pretty personal to me, but most important is the poppy. the poppy is a fierce flower that thrives in some pretty terrible conditions. aberdeen’s flower represents the fruitful labor of turning suffering into power…the beautiful thing that comes out of all that struggling.
aberdeen’s never able to get rid of the one growing out of her skull even if she picks it (it doesn’t hurt), but she can pass the flowers on to others for strength and light. n that’s what she’s gonna do for cassette here.
i want you to know that you are never alone, never, even though you think you might be. y’carry a little part of all your friends with you always.
